Coming from the same variety as the traditional black pepper, the white pepper corn has been allowed to ripen on the vine. The peppercorns are then soaked to remove its outer hull. Ground white pepper has a warm, pungent flavor and is a versatile spice that can be used in nearly any recipe ranging from spicy to savoury.
